Sira Rooftop Bar and Drink Kong create a new destination for signature mixology
From 7 July to 30 September, the rooftop of Patria Palace opens a new season with Sira Kong, the project developed together with Drink Kong that strengthens the hotel's role as a leading destination for contemporary hospitality and Salento lifestyle.
Lecce is strengthening its position as one of Italy's most dynamic cities of art, complementing its extraordinary historical and architectural heritage with an increasingly distinguished offering in hospitality, gastronomy and contemporary lifestyle. Within this context, Patria Palace Lecce continues its journey of evolution with Sira Kong, the project developed together with Drink Kong to redefine the role of Sira Rooftop Bar as the new destination for signature mixology in the heart of Lecce.
Throughout the season, Sira Rooftop Bar will present an exclusive cocktail list curated by Drink Kong, featuring a selection of iconic creations alongside drinks designed to celebrate the local territory. The experience is complemented by a gastronomic selection created by Atenze, the fine dining restaurant of Patria Palace Lecce, carefully designed to accompany the cocktail menu in a culinary journey fully aligned with the project's philosophy.
Among the signature cocktails, Friso stands out as an original tribute to Puglia, inspired by the traditional frisella, ripe tomatoes and the aromas of the Mediterranean, all reinterpreted through the language of contemporary mixology. A cocktail that perfectly embodies the spirit of Sira Kong: the meeting of one of the world's leading names in mixology with the authentic identity of Salento.

The collaboration stems from the shared vision of two brands united by the same commitment to research, quality of experience and the creation of identities that leave a lasting impression.
